Returns

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Each piece I sell is created by me by hand. I make every attempt to accurately represent what I am selling. I include as much information as possible about dimensions, material and colors. I understand that sometimes color varies from monitor to monitor, so if you are not completely happy with your purchase I will arrange for a refund.

However, If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to notify me through the Contact Page within three calendar days of delivery to let me know you would like to return an item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, with delivery confirmation so we both have proof of delivery.

No item will be accepted for return without prior authorization. Items must be shipped back within seven calendar days of delivery.

All items returned must be undamaged and unused, must include all parts and must include the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You will be receive a refund once I have received the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel a recently placed order, please notify me within 24 hours of purchase through my Contact Page. I will cancel the transaction if I have not already shipped the item(s).

Damaged or Missing Items

If you received an item and it is damaged in any way or anything is missing please notify me immediately through my Contact Page. NOTE: I do not sell broken or damaged items. I list items that are in the condition I would want to receive them if I were a buyer.
